About two month ago I had a friend take me to Micro Center to buy a computer. I chose the Spectra. . I have never been able to use it with out being deluged with ***!

I took it back and they kept it a week . They said the hard drive was bad. The one they replaced it with If they even replaced it is doing the same thing. I don't want to pay cab fair to take it back so it just sits here . It is still within the factory warranty and the two yr warranty i bought. I want a refund. " no more tinkering on there part, their service is bad!!!!

Their computer worse.
