A poor, executive management decision has been made on behalf of Micro Center! I just found out after going through all the phone prompts that I can no longer contact the store directly.

No support! No technical! No department! Everything is automated and predominantly refers you to the website.

I've decided to no longer purchase items from Micro Center. I was going to buy a laptop because it was $50 less than BestBuy but oh well. My choice for any and all computers and related software / hardware will no longer be Micro Center. My many years of loyalty is no longer valid.

BUT . .

. I will shop there one more time this year and it will be at the "Going Out of Business" sale!
