My son purchased a Intel core i7-6850K for $699.99 at a store in Yonkers, NY. I went to return it at Micro Center in Paterson, NJ as he purchased a more updated one for a system he is building.

It was charged on his American Express, and they would not honor credit towards the return. I was then approached by a supervisor , demeaning my sons character. He was very rude and unprofessional. He stated to me that my son had to be "checked" out, as he made too many returns.

It is not written anywhere, where a person has a limited amount of products to return. I understand the dates (between 15-30 days), but nothing about "amount" of items.

It was a terrible experience for me. That supervisor was very, very unprofessional.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
