Got an HP desktop touch screen all in one PC, bought extended warranty for 3 years. After a year and 6 months, PC started crashing, brought it to Micro Center in Paterson NJ.

Paid $129 they tell me that warranty is actually extended care, only phone support:) What??? What kind of phone support? Tell me how to use a PC? The PC was $699 the support is almost %20 of cost.

Its like buying a car and they sell you phone support on how to use it. that is the biggest rip off I heard in a long time.

Someone need to file a class action suit against them.

Yes, those extended warranty things are always garbage. That is why it's important to read all the information and fine print on things you are going to be spending serious money on.
