PC was locking up, had it repaired for $142. Took it home and it did the exact same thing.

Took it back and waited over a week. No one called, so I called. He said the PC was sitting there against the wall and he was planning on getting around to it that afternoon. I asked if new repairs had priority over warranty repairs and noted that the warranty was going to expire because they had it so long with out doing anything.

Got it back and not only was it doing the same thing, but he had tampered with my programs deleting those necessary to install print drivers which were also removed. His response to me was "Buy a new computer" I asked why he didn't advise this when I first brought it in? Before I paid $142 for nothing? The PC is in worst shape than when I took it in.

Then I got a copy of the repair technicians report. Nothing but lies. No notes on installed or uninstalled files. Said he contacted me every day (Liar) he also took credit for some troubleshooting ideas that I gave him in after speaking to some professionals.

These people are obviously NOT professionals. I would use this place again if they were giving away computers.
