GOOD: The store is new

BAD: The location is harder to get to and leave. The traffic is more congested and when you leave you have only one safe direction to go. Location is on the corner of two (2) major arteries i.e., Westpark Tollway and US Hwy 59.

The inside of the store is somewhat better laid out. The Aisle info hanging from the ceiling is small lettering. The aisles seems to be closer together. People passing each other have to move(lean forward or backwards) to another pass.

I was hoping it would be better - IT IS NOT! I definitely will not be shopping there unless it is a great deal.

Whoever made this decision did not research this enough, nor did they spend time there to see what the traffic was like. BAD MOVE, THE OTHER LOCATION WAS MUCH BETTER. MICROCENTER YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Hi J C,

We appreciate your feedback in regards to the isle spacing and lettering of the signage in store.

Our traffic and driveway situation is temporary as a 2nd driveway 300 feet further south on Rice Ave. and a road widening/ traffic control project have yet to occur.

We are the first tenant in the new, but unfinished Uptown Crossing Shopping Center and before building our store, we arranged with the developer for the second in/out driveway to be ready in time for our opening. However, its construction was tied up in the City permitting process. We are now told construction will soon be underway.

The road improvements include widening the road to allow for dedicated left turn lanes and other traffic control striping.

We apologize for the inconvenience and have remedied what we can, including involving local police for traffic control until the planned solutions take place. Thank you again for being our customer and for providing such valuable feedback!

Thanks, James Customer Relations Micro Center
