7 months after purchasing my Lenovo Laptop from MC, the motherboard died. So I took it in for warranty repair and almost 3 weeks since it was dropped off, no calls from service team, no parts ordered, no updates regarding status.
I had to call twice and found out that nothing was ordered. Once I got management involved they then ordered the motherboard. It took 2 calls to service and 2 calls to management just to get the parts ordered. Now they tell me up to 2 weeks for the board to arrive.
Listen, I totally understand you may be backed up, however, service knew exactly what the issue was. The parts should have been order within the first week.
I was expecting about a 2 week turnaround time, but over a month??
No way. Never again will I purchase a PC from Microcenter.
