Customer service and tech support suck. When I tried to renew my ESET antivirus program all I kept getting was "The information does not match our records".
I went online to http:chat.microcentertech.com and they couldn't help me, so they told me to call 614-850-3675. I called and was told that the Family Pack was having a problem with the userword. He said that he was going to transfer me to management, but I got another person in the same department. I was told that tech support would call me back.
I told them I would be gone, but gave them a time to call. I have been sitting here waiting for them to call.
It has been 45 minutes now and still nothing. And all this time I thought Best Buy had the worst customer service, seems I was wrong.
