PURCHASED A LENOVO LAPTOP TWO MONTHS AGO AND SCRENN IS COMING LOOSE FROM CASE!

MICROCENTER WILL NOT AND ARE UNABLE TO HONOR WARRNTY AND WOULDNT EVEN TRY. i WAS TOLD BY A TECH THAT ONLY IF i WOULD HAVE PURCHASED AN OVERPRICED REPAIR WARRANTY WITH THEM THEN AND ONLY THEN WOULD THEY HELP.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND NEVER WILL

LENOVO MADE BY IBM IS POOR QUALITY.

THE DFW TECH SUPERVISOR IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. HE IS VERY RUDE AND DOESNT UNDERSTAND HOW TO COMMUNICATE TO CUSTOMERS. MICROCENTER WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN LESS THEN FIVE YEARS IF THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND CUNDUCT THIER BUSINESS
