We have made 3 purchases from microcenter and only the in-store purchase worked out. First on-line purchase (a motherboard, case, memory, 2 hard drives, video card, and 16G memory) resulted in bad memory...

Took forever to get poor/no results. Second on-line order (a power supply, wireless net card, and memory (to replace the previous bad memory)), results; after order was placed informed by e-mail it would be 3 weeks before shipping, then 2 weeks later got notice that the memory was canceled, then received notice that the item was shipped (it never arrived). Filed complaint by phone, was told it was a FedEX problem and would take 72 hours to resolve, after 2 weeks no response.

So based on my limited experience, go anyplace else. They are a rip off...

Monetary Loss: $300.
