Online customer service was unable to help me make a purchase with my credit card (go figure). For reasons beyond all understanding, they do not accept credit card addresses that are outside the United States and its territories (I thought this was the 21st century).

After I hassled the representative for a while, he gave me the web site to write an e-mail about this problem. I sent three e-mails and NEVER got a response (I sent e-mails through the web site he gave me, and through the official web site). This was all HORRIBLE customer service (not to mention dismal payment flexibility)!

So much for this two-business day reply back nonsense! I don't know how these people maintain a business like this!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
