The buyer that was "supposed" to help us find and buy a new laptop was completely out of order. My original laptop had a scratch on the inside and so I was looking for one that would fit my purposes.

He was nice at first and then he told us about the package for the antivirus system and the Microsoft windows 8 processor. Afterwards, when we told him we weren't really interested, he was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and downright unprofessional.

He made some jab about how it wasn't very smart to not get both of these things because the first laptop was scratched when he didn't even know the whole story. I will never give this company any business ever again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I liked: Laptop.

I didn't like: Person selling the laptop.
