I went to Micro Center in Fairfax VA yesterday to order new computers, Monitors, Printers for my new customers who's upgrading his office. I'm just a Small business IT LAN Administrator.
The total of the purchase was over $10K - I asked the sales rep if there was any discount or free ink or paper then He said no. he not even tried to go to talk to his boss. all he offered was to Apply for Micro Center credit card. I think Micro Center should do a lot better than that.
The manager came to me at the end of sale just to say: Thank You.
What do I need a Thank you for? For purchase above $5K they should offer free delivery or free accessories.
