Racist bigots

Shopped at denver's microcenter for 15 years and I never experienced profiling and racism as what i experienced few days ago. The bigoted dumb security guard was literally standing behind me watching the transaction! And I mean literally standing behind me at the counter! I will never shop there again and get humiliated and profiled! It's 2018 not 1955!

Racist on asian customer

4/27, me and my friend went to purchase desktop, the general manager came over and stop letting us make the purchase, reason is my friend line up for graphic card once. the most disgusting thing is, he took my friends portrait without his permission at all. Then I say I'll pay, he said he will not sell to anyone stand with him. That is so disgusting. Never thought there were still company like this hire that type of racist manager to run their business. need apologize for what they say today

I was so happy with there services

my computer was running so slow just bought a 700 dollar computer tooking advantage of buying a computer with a 5400 rpm hard drive took my laptop iin there they switch it out with a ssd 1tb and now im jn luxury fast smooth drop of the dime i would definitely go back they are professionals answer all your question very polite thanks micro

Cannot renew my product

I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. Evidently Micro Center does not want my business. Very frustrating. I have only been trying to renew the product since 1/31/21 and have not success on a chat line--nothing works. ThaCrynks

I finally made a trip to Micro Center and the ESET issued was taken care in the store. The service rep. did a nice job of fixing the issue.

Was embarreseed and humiliated by your manageer calling me a thief

They are putting old chips in boxes, and then I bought one, and they would not let me return it after I told them it was the wrong one.. They called me a thief and tried to hand me another receipt for a item that was not mine trying to say i put it there and they have no history of that

New laptop broke in 2 weeks

I purchased a new Lenovo laptop for work. Worked for two weeks, then it would not load Windows. I did all their "fixes" just to be told I would have to take it in for repair on my dime. Horrible, horrible customer service. Don't expect help if you have problems.

Micro Center overcharging taxes

I purchased a Brother printer with a 2 year replacement. The printer now costed more than I originally bought so they adjusted price to match original price but charged me the tax on the new printer. They did not return tax on original printer. A big rip off by Micro Center.

Wouldnt honor warranty

bought a 2080 ti a couple months back and the guy at the counter really sold me on the 2 year warranty arguing i could take it back for most any reason at all so long as it wasnt physically damaged and then i go up there tonight to turn it in and sure enough they couldnt find anything wrong with the card so i got told no... so now if its broke, they wont tale it and if its not broke accordning to them they wont take it... so as far as im concerned microcenter lost my business... i spent damn near 3 grand in 2 months and only tried one return and will never go back because of this...

Customer Service

I have a warranty question on my broken $500 laptop, and I can't get through to ANY store! My Michigan store kept disconnecting me during many, multiple calls, and no one answers the Columbus OH store either! Can MC please change their policy and put people back on the phones? Having a customer svc policy that includes hoping that people just drive into the store or just hang up out of disgust isn't a good look, guys...it sucks.

User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else. Though the MC product line is good, they have implemented a customer service policy that doesn't include phone support. They just want you to come into the store instead.

Not givin changee back when you purchase anything with cash

went to micro center in Cambridge ma. and paid cash for my purchase , they told me they could not give you back change ,only in the form of a card like a gift card it not that they don't have mopney to give you its just that they dfont want to give you bback change even if you return some thing , they should not be aceptin goood old fashion way of paying cash if the y cant give you back cash

Actually I work for Walgreens and MANY stores are doing this there is a national change shortage. We currently only receive $100 in change a day the Burger King next door only $50 and the nearby Taco Bell has already stopped taking and giving change all together. Many businesses in my area have signs explicitly stating if paying cash please have exact change or they may not be able to properly give you change back.
