I went to return my 3 month old HP laptop to the St Louis Park Minnesota store I purchased it from I was told that tmanufacturers defects were not covered by warranty. My
Laptops left hinge broke first and then began to just fall apart hill trying to use it until I had time to return it. I was told I should have returned it immediately after the left hinge broke. Easy for them to say when you need your computer for something important you've got to get done.
They sure are nice when you're buying from them but horrible if you need customer service. I should have purchased on-line and saved money if I wasn't getting an
Advantage for buying from a local retailer.
Now I'm out $500 because I made the Huge mistake for buying at Micro Center. With this business model they'll soon be retired and sitting on couch at Levitz
