I bought some BluRay disks at the same price as Verbatum on Amazon and I have not been able to get a usable copy of my company data yet. Kassidy, the manager in Houston, wouldn't do anything in store and suggested I go back to Amazon.
After I complained online, she offered a lesser number of replacement disks. I asked to speak to her manager and have heard nothing since then. So much for their "Satisfaction Guarenteed" logo.
It is just talk. Some of clerks are very helpful but some are indifferent and seem to have learned customer service form Walmart.
