I returned an unopened Winbook TW800 tablet to exchange for the TW801 model. They issued a refund back on to my card. I then purchased the new model but my debit card was short of enough funds to complete the purchase.
The transaction was cancelled but I was not issued a receipt. My bank says that the a funds were taken out of my account and my online report verified that. Micro Center is being very defensive and says its a problem between my bank and me.
I went ahead and paid cash for the the second tablet but my funds are in limbo. I contacted their corporate call center and they emailed a receipt but it was for the previous transaction.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $88.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
