Reserved a laptop online that was open box. Drove 35 mins.

To Sharonville store to pick it up. Got to counter the clerk asked my name. He went to back room and came out with a laptop wrapped in tape and stickers all over it looking like it had been in a war. What a joke.

New units were $599. This one was $550. No box, no paper work and looked horrible. Never again !

I walked out and will spend my money else where. To present a item in such bad shape and ask top dollar for is crazy.
