Micro Center, Fairfax, VA "Reserved" a processor and monitor on-line today and received my pick-up email almost immediately. Figured I would let the Black Friday crowds die down and go after dinner.

Got to the store and there were no lines at the registers or where the on-line orders are usually picked up; the only long line was the return line, which is always a CF. So I walked right up to one of the on-line pickup people who were completely available, and was told that, no, today they decided to mix the on-line pickup and returns IN THE SAME LINE. OMG What genius at Micro Center decided this was a good idea? I waited about 20 minutes behind people with piles of open boxes and returns and the line did not move.

So I gave up and went home and ordered for a few $$$ more from Newegg. Micro Center never fails to amaze me with their complete lack of customer service, but this was just stupid business.

How many other people just walked out without completing their purchase? It's almost like they wanted to penalized me for buying on-line; how dare I!!!!
