Micro Center - Zero customer service
Bought a motherboard from Microcenter, when I got home found that there was damage on the board so tried to return it. They told me that I must have done it myself because motherboards are built by machine and not touched by human hand. They refused to exchange it and told me to leave the store. They told me that any damage, burn marks, bent components, etc. are not covered by their return policy - so they offer absolutelly not product assurance in the store - they don't sent a defective products back to a manufacturer to keep their return rate down and presumably their profits up.
I am not out of pocket by about $200.
